    This sale is for a University of Illinois pennant...possibly 1960's or 70's? The Indian (Chief Illiniwek) is different from those on other pennants that I've researched...more fierce..."Fighting Illini". The pennant is a soft, thinner felt and is about 30" long. Please zoom in on the photos. In photo #3 you will see a fold after the S. That and the twists at the tip end can probably be ironed out. The pennant is clean.
