Vintage Pair of Staffordshire Dogs 4 3/4 tall

Description

This is a beautiful pair Staffordshire vintage white confetti dogs In excellent condition! Stands 4 3/4 inches tall  and 3  inches long. They are cast and marked on the back made in England.  ( see photos) Eyes are yellow  and the collar is gold with tag. The confetti is an added feature which adds more value to the pieces. This is a second process that they use after the casing. There is a hole in the bottom that shows that it was sand cast but once the confetti is put on it hides the hole in the back. They are flawless and would look great in a shadow box, bookcase or end table. A great piece of English history and a wonderful conversation piece.
These are very rare, since they made mostly the larger ones. Being the mini ones they have so much detail.
