This Historic Grand Piano was built by the E. Germain Piano Co. in Saginaw, Michigan in the early 1890's - the Golden Era of American piano manufacturing.
Beautifully restored and brought back to life, the gorgeous figured Sapele Mahogany cabinet with African Blackwood appointments, and ornate hand carved legs are works of art unto themselves.
The original action was the well respected Wessell, Nickel & Gross, available only in high end pianos of the era.  This instrument has been modernized with a
new carbon fiber
Wessell, Nickel & Gross action custom engineered to the piano resulting in a touch for the most discriminating player.
Meticulous, concourse one on one restoration of this piano makes it a must see for the serious investor/player.
After a 5 year search, only 1 other Germain grand piano is known to exist, and it is part of the Germain Instrument Collection at the Castle Museum in Saginaw, Michigan.  If you know of any others, we'd love to hear about them!
