Vintage 1988/89 IHL Flint Spirits Eastern Division Champions Felt Pennant
Pennant has been stored with others and may have a musty smell. I have aired them out.  There may be dust marks on the back I am assuming from the wall where it was hanging.
Measures approximately 30" Long X 12" Wide
This was an estate sale find...I have no history of the household
