Genuine Mercedes Benz products come with a 1 year parts warranty for defective items only. This does not include wear and tear on the item. Mercedes Benz customers may obtain parts warranty at ANY local dealership provided they have a receipt of purchase within the warranty time frame. The Mercedes-Benz Spare Parts and Over-The-Counter Parts Warranty covers only Genuine Mercedes-Benz Parts originally purchased from an authorized Mercedes-Benz Dealership. Reimbursement for labor for the repair or replacement of parts which were originally sold over the counter, if the subsequent repair is performed at an authorized Mercedes-Benz Dealer.

Return Policy
At RBM of Atlanta, your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us immediately and we will gladly take the necessary courses of action to satisfy you. We will exchange any unused and unmolested product(s) within 30 days so long as it arrives to us in the original packaging. The buyer will be responsible for the shipping charges incurred for returning a product that he/she did not want. All buyer returns after 30 days will incur a 20% restocking fee.
