    Description

This beautiful George Steck Parlor Grand Piano is one of the loveliest Rococo style pianos. It was built in 1882 during the height of the lavish Victorian era and is made of beautifully carved Brazilian Rosewood. George Steck was known for building extremely high quality pianos during this era, and they were quite expensive. Only a wealthy few could afford such a luxury. This piano measures only 5’11” feet long, quite small for a 19th Century Victorian piano. The overall appearance and proportions of this piano are very formal and elegant. Note the ornately carved music rack, legs and pedal lyre. Pianos of this caliber are examples of 19th Century craftsmanship at its finest!  It is used I'm sure it will need tuning or if you restore as a investment this would be a great investment piano ...One just like ths one sold for ,000.00 after restoration check out the link
