If a lift gated truck is required, please let us know when you purchase the item, as it is an extra $(50). If it is a Business or Residential Delivery, the freight companies charge different rates. If you need a quote, email us with all necessary info including your zip code. Send your phone number in case they need to call you. The freight companies charge extra fees for phone calls & re-delivery. Once a shipment has been shipped, the freight company will not call you. Any special circumstances on your purchase are your responsibility to tell us prior to shipping. On the off chance an item is damaged when delivered, document on the bill of lading and to the truck driver and email us photos so we can see and file a claim. The buyer has to file a claim & follow up with the Freight Carrier. But we will help you. We also take pictures prior to shipping just in case the freight company damages a piece of equipment. However it is ultimately your responsibility to file a claim and document it.

New Items:
Most new items ship from a storage warehouse. If there is any damage to the unit upon arrival, please document on the bill of lading and take pictures. Contact us immediately. We do try to help facilitate warranty repairs, but warranty service is generally the responsibility of the manufacturer. Ultimately we want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so we will do our best to intercede if necessary. We believe we work with some of the best new equipment manufacturers and do not sell brands with inferior customer service.
Preowned Items:
When we ship out an item, it will be working, unless otherwise stated in the listing. If items are pre-owned/used, they may have dents, dings, scratches, beyond our control. We try our best to list things properly.
Pre-owned equipment may not come with manuals, keys, warranties, or spec sheets. However you can find spec sheets and manuals for many items online.
When we ship out a a preowned item, we clean, test and make sure it's working. (We cannot guarantee the cleaning will be perfect).
Some items we sell may state that it was working when removed from the restaurant or facility. These items are ones we did not retest prior to shipping…because we could not. An example would be a natural gas fryer. Our facility does not have natural gas lines. There are no guarantees or warranties on any item that it will be working when it arrives. Items are “AS IS” . All sales are Final
When you plug in a large piece of equipment, do not use extension cords, plug into the wall outlet. Compressors work best when plugged into a wall outlet.
If a refrigeration unit has been laid down by a freight company, It must be turned in the upright position so the compressor has a chance to recover before you plug it in. Give it about 6-8 hrs. It is best to keep a refrigeration unit, upright in the truck, when picked up or shipped to you. We always leave refrigeration units in the upright position. Unless we informed you prior to shipping.
Preowned items might have missing parts that we do not know about, beyond our control.
Human errors do occur when looking over and reviewing equipment.
Some items will not come with plugs/cords, a licensed electrician, has to set that up for you. That is normal for commercial items. We try and let you know that, but sometimes we forget.
Returns
Email us prior to shipping so we know the circumstances. We reserve the right to refuse to accept returns.
Buyer Pays for ALL Return Costs
Refunded Amount:
Only the price of the item and the Original shipping price you paid will be refunded to you.
Do not make any repairs to the Item; We will not pay for any repairs to it.
EBay’s new policy does not cover any repairs made to any items. We will try and work with you, to fix the problem, but we have to know about it prior to any repairs.
UPS Damages:
Send us digital photos, explain what happened by email to us.
Contact UPS, file a claim. Save all packing Materials and Box.
So UPS can inspect if need be. failure to notify us properly may void your claim with
