Description
Best performing in medium- and high-traffic establishments, the Cecilware Pro TSG-2G double grill panini press evenly cooks both sides of food in half the time. Its four cast iron plates, which can reach a maximum of 575 degrees Fahrenheit with help from the adjustable temperature controls, evenly cook foods on all plates, reducing the risk of burning or undercooking food. The bottom plates are secured to the grill and the top plates are adjustable, so they can properly cook foods of myriad heights. This grooved cast iron surface leaves a seared print on foods, suiting it for chicken, steak, and paninis.
The Cecilware Pro TSG-2G panini grill is relatively low maintenance, though its cast iron plates require reseasoning to ensure nonstick quality. A removable stainless steel grease trap catches grease below the grill for easy emptying and cleaning. The press' stainless steel construction stabilizes it when used, and its silver material hides common scuffs and scrapes that are made with common use.
