    CLEARANCE: Walnut Baldwin Howard Baby Grand Piano.  Tuned, regulated and piano technician certified to be in good condition for its age.  It is a 1920's Model but is in exceptionally good playing condition for its era.  It plays well and comes in a very nice walnut satin finish cabinet.  Matching bench included.  Compare at ,995-,500.
