ANTIQUE CHICKERING SQUARE GRAND PIANO made in 1874. This piano is from a house built in 1770 and came to the house as a new piano. The exterior is in very good shape. It's a sturdy piece, but the soundboard is cracked. It need restoration to make it play-worthy. I also have the original stool, which is not great condition, need reupholstering and a little other fix up. This is reflected in the price. It comes apart very easily....the legs come off.
