1969 Era San Diego Chargers Pennant, & 2 Vintage Buttons

(1) Original Full Sized (m
easures approximately 12 inches x 29 inches long) San Diego Chargers pennant with NFL Logo 1967 printed in lower left corner
This is pennant will be shipped in a rigid plastic cover to protect current integrity.  Buttons packed inside too.
(2) 2 Well worn, but original San Diego Chargers Buttons
The pennant is well worn without tassels and has numerous pin holes from being hung on bulletin boards for nearly 50 years.  It is mildly soiled and has some minor stitching issues (see scans for faults).
If you are a Baby Boomer, its hard not to wish you could go back in time and watch the old AFL with their star players.  Two of my favorites were the passing combination of John Hadl to Lance Alworth.  It was pure poetry.  Sadly, it wasn't good enough to beat the Raiders or the Jets, but Sunday's were a special day with the advent of color TV and limited choices on games to watch.
